Look at the queue outside the bakery!

❤️🥐🍩 Undeniably 💯 sugar overload, and I definitely ordered waaaaay too much sweets in one seating, but how could anyone resist getting everything while you’re there? 😆 The Cronut flavour of the month was Cinnamon Ganache - delightfully crunchy but also very very sweet. I had to get the Frozen S’mores too because who wouldn’t?! 😋 Creamy, sticky burnt marshmallow on a stick, with frozen Tahitian vanilla ice-cream hidden within, another very very sweet item! My personal favourite is the puffy looking Dominique Kouign-Amann (DKA), it was much crunchier and sturdier than those I’ve had at other bakeries, its caramelised, buttery puff pastry gets more addictive with every bite. No wonder the Kouign-Amann has been dubbed “the fattiest pastry in all of Europe”! 🤭

Forever a victim to marketing gimmicks 😂😅 We’ve seen interesting seasonal KitKat flavours in Japan and the US, but this is the first time seeing real toppings on KitKat chocolate bars! The 3x Singapore Limited Edition KitKats are super duper interesting (must-try!) and the are some other enticing Special Edition ones too. Priced at S$7.50 per box, these certainly don’t come cheap but would make really great, novel gifts and souvenirs for tourists 😎🤩👍🏻 Available till 14 April at the KitKit Chocolatory at @vivocitysingapore. OMG it’s impossible indeed.. looks like meat, smells like meat, tastes exactly like meat!! @bareburger serves both the @beyondmeat and @impossible_foods patty, so you get plenty of choices! 🥰😍 Yummilicious lunch followed by a comforting hot tea at @argotea before touring the city!

haha but resistance is futile; since my brother wanted to try it, I just had to grab two when I came across these at the @7elevensg store. Truth be told, it’s not as bleh (or the absolute waste of calories) as I’d imagined, the crunchy cone is pretty good. The ice-cream itself has a sweet raspberry jam core, not bad but once is enough 😝

Attractive, cute little bites of matcha cake with azuki beans sandwiched between its layers. Mildly bitter from the matcha powder, good if you like your cakes not too sweet! At S$1.20 per piece, these don’t break the bank. I personally think the Ondeh-Ondeh cake (S$1.00 each) is still a better crowd pleaser! 😋👍🏻

The service was a little slow even without a crowd but pasta was pretty good! (and I’m not even a carbs lover) You could “build your own pasta” or order straight from the a la carte menu - I had the Supreme Porky Marinara and almost cleaned my plate! Enjoyed the intense and tangy tomato-based marinara sauce and texture of the long pasta; the pork croutons added a very nice crunch (like the fried pork lard in bak chor mee but less fatty); Haus Bacon slices were alright too but I’m not quite a fan of the meatball, a little too porky for my liking 🐷
