Ended off the meal with these 3 beautifully crafted bite sized creations. From right to left,
1. Lemon tart with mint jelly
2. Fig vincotto in almond chocolate shell
3. Shot of yolk + amaro

The presentation was not only excellent, but these bites were well thought of and executed ๐Ÿ˜

I love this dish! The asparagus was grilled really well, and the whole combination made me wipe out all the components on this plate. The combination of yolk, mascarpone, sage, fried kale just was soo good, I had to dip with their bread to finish off and made sure I didnโ€™t waste any of these goodness

Under the four course menu, we had this dish which was pretty alright to me as Iโ€™m not a big fan of goat cheese. The flavour combinations was pretty good, nothing to rave for me as itโ€™s not my kind of food.

Definitely one of my highlights though itโ€™s just bread. Loving how they charred the bread till itโ€™s crispy on the outside, but still soft on the inside. The texture was exactly how Iโ€™d like it, and paired with the olive oil, ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‹

Of course I had to go for another serving of it

Had some lava cake craving and dropped by a nearby joint only to find our new favourite place for chocolate lava! The amount of lava was perfect, the crust was crispy. Canโ€™t find anything to complain about at all. They were nice to allow us to sell the vanilla for pistachio and it was soooo good! Hopefully theyโ€™ll keep up this standard, and we found a new place to always come back to for a gd old Choco lava cake ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

I love bikinis in the form of food. These were pretty simple and straightforward, flavours could be a bit more intense for my liking but overall I might order it again ๐Ÿ˜‹

We started off with the amuse bouche, this was one of them. Flavours was pretty expected, fish cracker was made well. Nothing amazing, just a good start to the meal ๐Ÿ™‚

This would be my top dish of the night. The mirugai (geoduck) was cooked to perfection, along with the chrysanthemum, orzo base and their sauce. All of them went perfectly well. Rlly impressed ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

The beef itself was really tender and good, but didnโ€™t really enjoy the sauce on top of it. Was quite disappointed as their previous beef dish was sooo good when I came last year.

Didnโ€™t really enjoy the taste of the morel mushroom as well, so this whole combination sadly didnโ€™t work out for me :(

Refreshing with a side of sorbet, the sauce itself was very light and went very well with the white asparagus. Would prefer this dish to be more savoury, but overall still really yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹

This mod-Indian place was pretty good in general. One of the great dishes was this fried pork in a unique way wrapped in Betel leaf. Quite an interesting twist, using Indian flavours. Definitely worth a try!
