Big crunchy prawns in a thick, rich pesto sauce. So good!
SG50 beer, specially brewed inhouse at 1925 microbrewery. The coloring is from beetroots! Sweet taste once it hits your tongue and it leaves a bitter aftertaste. A light beer that looks like Ribena.
The grilled lamb here is awesome! It was paired with crunchy seaweed and a dark, thick Japanese sauce that tasted like soy and possibly alcohol.
Totally loving this cake. Melty and gooey, tastes like coffee and caramel. Awesome
The Fish & Chip Shop at 206 East Coast Road. They sell battered cod & chips. Very different from the local fish & chips texture. The fries were made from real potatoes, not crunchy and starchy. Was moist and firm. The fish batter was not dry and hard. Overall, good dash of vinegar, very tasty, very moist. You'll be surprised by the texture. Costs $16 though...
I like the open kitchen and metal minimalist feel. This is a no frills place. The rosti is quite good. The wild mushroom aglio olio was way too spicy for my liking.
The key lime tart is not too sour and not too sweet. It's actually pretty perfect (My favorite of the 3). The salted caramel eclair and framboise are fantastic.
