Throwback post - My first time having Shio Ramen. Tried Wanton Chasu Shio Ramen. Admittedly, I like the prawn wanton but find the broth so-so. I am more intrigued by the Capacino Ramen ordered by my colleague (not in this photo)

Throwback post - Imagine my shock when the stall was listed as temporarily closed. Heng, uncle aunt reopened stall after their short break.
One hour-ish of traveling time for this plate of goodness. Prawn Horfun tasted the same like the times when I used to have them during my childhood / growing up days at Chinatown πππ. Too bad, crayfish version sold out when I reached around 1140am.

My two scoops of Kurogoma and Matcha Gelato feel like one scoop + one puddle of ice-cream. Putting tat aside, I love the taste of it as it is not exceedingly sweet (personal preference - the more bitter it is, the better) πππ.
Hope they can expand the premises for the branch in Sengkang Grand Mall as there are hardly any seats for dine-in / place to stand if one is waiting for take-away.

Craving today so here I am. Not my first time having this Fish Soup Beehoon though.
Delicate and sweet soup coupled with fresh fish slices. So rare to find both tang oh & tee poh together nowadays as stalls are cutting costs.

Went Fernvale Hawker Centre & Market with parent to makan late breakfast / early lunch before heading to market behind.
Wah pengz π©π©π©, this hawker has neither fish soup beehoon nor oyster omelette.
Got Fish and Chips from Fins & Feathers. Pretty decent, fries was good as well, lightly salted and still crispy.

Throwback post - I had previously tried and enjoyed this in Beach Road stall. They have since expanded to various outlets πππ
As a yam lover, I obviously select rice ball with yam filing only with peanut soup (other flavors include matcha, peanut, black sesame & red bean). The soft peanut in the soup provide a nutty taste and disintegrated in my mouth while the yam need no introduction since I will be biased π€£π€£π€£

Throwback post - Finally get to taste June Bakery's golden trio again
Loved the orh nee tart after trying it previously. However, they have gotten so popular that GB slots are just getting snapped up in seconds
Buttery crumbly crust is on the softer side for all tarts and sweetness / "cheezy-ness" is just nice.
Orh Nee tart take the top spot for me, with egg and cheese tart coming in second and third respectively.

Throwback post - Mum loved the Chwee Kueh from Chwee Kueh πππ and ordered some for us to try.
Personally find the kueh abit too soft for my liking. However, saltiness is juz nice and suit our palette.
