This one is a mix of supreme (shiitake & chicken sausage) and prosciutto crudo di parma (ham & salad). Just a few stalls down from its big sister The Good Beer Company sits Smith Street Taps, a haven for craft beer lovers. As its name suggests, this stall in Chinatown Complex at Smith Street serves beer on tap. They offer a familiar Sapporo alongside lesser-known names, enjoy a lovely, ice cold pint in one of the best hawker centres in the country. Don't be shy, talk to owners Daniel and Meng Chao for recommendations, it'd be silly to miss out on a great food pairing, or a truly unique pour!
