Random find after dropping my suitcases for repair down the road. This is actually the kitchen for Flor shops at Duxton & Taka. Nice quiet little cafe to enjoy their amazing creations. The yuzu roll cake is just perfect

Made to order, this eggy super soft beef rice just melts in your mouth! This is not even the wagyu version!

It's a bit oily but the tempura here is by far better than any of the tendon shops in Singapore. Udon is springy and thin & the broth is nicely smoky too.

The assam crab waffles sound so weird we just had to try it. Surprisingly it works! Even the skeptic in our group was won over. The sauce is like a tamarind marmalade I want to bring home in a bottle & slather on toasts. For $18, I wish there were more crab meats though.

Elderflower & strawberry cake. Their tarts are also fantastic.

IMO this place is so underrated but maybe because it's in the middle of Ngee Ann Poly. I wish they'd open in a more accessible place!

I'm a big fan of ten-don but this just doesn't do it for me. Ingredients are fresh & generous in size but the sauce is too sweet for me.

Amazing french toast waffles with chunks of fried banana, maple caramel sauce, sea salt caramel ice cream & wafer flakes. Coffee is 1 for 1 between 3 to 6 pm on weekdays.
