This place serve the best pizza in town! we ordered 2 pizzas to share and both are so good! the crust is super crusty and the quality of the ingredients used on the pizzas are top notch. Service was excellent as well. Will definately visit this place again and again. 4.5/5

Me and my friend were very excited to come to this new restaurant to try their vegan food as it was highly reviewed by bloggers. Now I have learnt that their reviews should be taken lightly.

we ordered 3 dishes for 2 persons. 1 appetizer, 2 mains and 2 house white wines.

King oyster scallops - $12 for a very very small portion. 1 baby carrot, 2 baby corns and 3 pcs of oyster mushrooms and swirl of dressing. Taste was alright, nothing spectacular, but we find that it is way overpriced for such a tiny portion. It didn't taste special, just tasted like grilled vegetables and mushrooms with spinach dressing. REALLY NOT WORTH the price at all.

Pumpkin Fettucine - so this dish was highly reviewed by bloggers and I was so excited to try. Dish was pretty when presented and the portion looks good for $16. But first bite in, we were shock at how overcook the pasta was. The pasta literally breaks apart when we put our fork in. It sticks into big clumps. Texture of pasta was like eating dough. TERRIBLE. It didn't help that the sauce of the pasta was creamy.. we had 2 mouthfuls and had to stopped eating.

Rissoto Bak Kut Yet - So this dish tasted ok and portion was ok for $16. The barley was cooked well and we could taste the district flavour of bak kut teh. But.. the braised nuts used were canned peanuts. The canned peanuts were just added from can to the barley risotto. we certainly weren't ready to be served can food at a restaurant given that this restaurant advertise that they use fresh herbs from their garden and they serve healthy food.

So having 3 bad dishes, we asked to talk to the chef. And the chef/ boss came (after a pretty long wait) and we immediately told him to take a look at our mushy pasta. So he took a glance and asked us what's wrong. I had to use my fork to show him the clumps and have to tell him that this pasta was WAY overcooked. so instead of quickly apologizing and offer to replace the dish, he told us that their pasta was freshly made and the reason that they cook their pasta soft was due to customer's feedback that they enjoy soft pasta. and if we were to like al dente pasta, we should have specify that. We were flabbergasted. I have yet to be at a restaurant having to specify how the chef should cook our pasta! We would have understand if the pasta was slightly softer than al dente as this is how pasta is usually cook in our local restaurant. but mushy pasta?! After we further question him if clumpy pasta is his restaurant's standard serving pasta, he then reluctantly apologise and say that if we want our pasta al dente, he could have it replaced. We were totally mortified with his terrible attitude. to be honest, if he had started off apologising for the overcooked pasta and offer to replace, we would be ok with it.

We then proceeded to ask him if it was canned peanuts on the risotto, he just replied that they used braised peanuts. So we had to rephrased our question and ask him again if the BRAISED PEANUTS are from can, as we have the right to know where the source of our food is from.. and he replied: "It is whatever you think it is. we did not specify that it is home cooked." So we replied that since he thinks serving canned food is fine, why wouldn't he reply our question? He just keep repeating that we can think whatever we think the braised peanuts are from.

And he went on saying that he can't help it that we are unhappy and he has many nice and resonable REGULAR customers that enjoys their food. And he is sick and tired of the saying that customer is always right. we told him that it is true that we don't enjoy his food. But we were more appalled of his terrible attitude and service.

So if you were to visit the restaurant and was unhappy about it, be prepared that you can't give your feedback, as you would be called UNREASONABLE. And just because you paid for the food, DO NOT EXPECT to have a good service as "this restaurant don't charge service charge" - that's what the waitress told us when we said that the chef/boss attitude is bad. And when you do have any questions about where the food is from, DO NOT EXPECT to be given an answer, as it is what you think it is. And DO NOT EXPECT that you can feedback to the management, as the boss himself is also the chef that gives you all the problem in the first place.

So yeap, we spent $64 bucks with only half finished dishes and a very bad taste in our taste in our stomach.

This restaurant does not serve honest healthy good food as what they claim. There is no taste, quality and pride in the food they serve and the worst part is that they are actually ok with it. It has to be one of the most disappointing and disgusting experience we ever had in a restaurant.
