really delightful place with excellent service! can't remember how much everything was but i recall it was decently priced. the naan came in a larger than expected portion and was delicious, as were the palak paneer and briyani. however, felt a bit let down by the steamed momos (dumplings) because the skin was on the thicker side ):

kinda pricey place but the atmosphere and deco were extremely nice and the staff were super duper friendly and helpful!! got an iced long black upsized with a bit of milk ($8...), dalgona croissant ($9.50) and a matcha kream ($10). presentation of the croissant was very nice but the croissant felt a bit more soft than flakey and buttery but whipped cream masks a lot of imperfection so i enjoyed it...dalgona pieces added some nice texture but got jelak quite fast. matcha drink was similarly very nicely presented and had a decent matcha taste but not sure if it's $10 kinda good yaknow.....similarly the long black was ok but definitely not $8 kinda okay...but overall if you don't mind paying for nice atmosphere and great service then this would be a good place to visit!

used the burpple beyond deal to get the set and added on poke (+$3), which came up to approx $10 for each set! they're really generous with the ingredients and poke and there's nothing to gripe about, a pretty decent bowl. heard the pickled watermelon was kinda sus but it actually tasted quite interesting (in a good way to me). slight downside is you don't really get much choice as to what goes in your bowl unlike places like say poke theory but overall cant complain because the price point is really good! would advice to avoid the salsa because it doesn't really fit the poke bowl vibes (but maybe i just am not a huge tomato fan).

milo cream puff and iced americano were pretty good but this lemonade was $7.50.........would suggest skipping it

beef burger: patty was soft and juicy and very flavorful! caramelized onions were sweet and egg was runny!! truffle fries were also crispy and the taste of truffle was very distinct.

crab cake benedict: swapped out poached egg for scrambled eggs because my mum has something against runny yolk but it still fit the dish pretty well! flavour of the crab came through and meshed well with the sauce but might get a bit jelak after awhile.

miso salmon bowl: salmon was a tad dry and there was a bit too much sauce on the quinoa which made it quite salty! appreciated the avocado, hanjuku egg and baby corn though!

iced latte: flavour of coffee was decent but wish it could have been slightly richer.

(not pictured) chocolate hazelnut waffle: waffle was superb but ice cream was a little bit too sweet. the fresh blueberries and strawberries helped to cut through some of that though!

service was impeccable and servers were really friendly and helpful. definitely one of my favorite cafes in singapore (:

for the price, the mains (chicken pomegranate salad and all in brekkie) are pretty decent! just a gripe is that the bread for the all in brekkie was SUPER toasted aka biscuit-level crispy, and the bacon was crazy salty.

the cold brew was a major let down for a place that's supposed to pride itself on its coffee :/ it had a very weird, unpleasant, flat and almost stale aftertaste and i could not even bring myself to finish it. one of the most unpleasant coffees i've had in my life and i have had MANY mediocre coffees.

got the yakiniku beef bowl, pesto gnocchi, truffle fries and iced white (unsweetened).

beef bowl: was not expecting much for a

Do note that the menu is different from what is on Burpple.

Base price ($14.90)+ Pork escalope (+$1), Fried egg (+$1), Signature rosti (+$1), Dijon mustard
- Pork escalope was tough to cut and mega salty
- Fried egg was a fried egg
- Rosti was quite nice and crispy

Base price ($14.90)+ Grass fed ribeye 180g (+$4.50), Fried egg (+$1), Signature rosti (+$1), Sour cream (+$0.50)
- Steak was pretty tough and a bit burnt
- Fried egg and and rosti were pretty good

OVERALL: the meats were quite a letdown but the rosti and fried egg were pretty good. Would definitely not recommend without burpple beyond and would also suggest to try different meats. But was not a super bad experience because I have low standards for food.

Pork chop was juicy and the charred bits added a really nice touch and the fried rice was indeed flavourful. BUT we ordered at 5.50pm on a Saturday and only got our food at 7.20pm and had to stand around about 30mins before getting a table. It's good but not 1.5 hour wait kind of good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
