Chocolate Yoghurt Waffles I recalled having yoghurt and waffles at glacier at Somerset Orchard gateway sometime back and Glad to find them at Paya Lebar Square after their Somerset outlet closed. I couldn’t quite recall my first experience at glacier at Somerset so honestly it was the very affordable price of 5.90 that attracted me. The chocolate yoghurt was pretty addictive with its deep chocolate flavour . The Belgian waffles were light and crisp on the outside and had a noisy centre . It lacked the buttery fragrance of most commercial waffles but I am not complaining because it is not greasy at all 😊 Service was very friendly and prompt 😊🤗 The ladies at glacier make you feel so welcomed . Am looking to go back to try the other yoghurt flavours :)

Unlike Llao Llao, you can choose from a variety of yoghurt flavours and so we got Mango and Mixed Berries! Daily Bowl Comes with a base (vegetables), 2 sauces, main (meat) and 5 toppings - they do have seasonal toppings for daily bowl that changes every quarter》$8.50 Base - Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber Sauces - Sweet Thai Sauce & Mayo Main - Chicken Toppings - Soba, Edamame, Adobo Black Beans, Glazed Carrots and Broccoli The portion is huge and filling - food coma kicks in almost right after my meal. I usually get sweet thai sauce and mayo in my kebab but the mayo doesn't seem to fit into my daily bowl. I should have gotten a different sauce instead. Chicken was as usual yummy and all went well except for the broccoli and carrots which I supposed were frozen vegs coz it has that chewy and elastic texture that I did not like. 

Burrito Bowl Flavourful mix of warm kebab chicken, with room temperature veggie, corn, cous cous, block beans! Yum! ;) overall a simple and non complex warm salad! What more can you ask for, with such flexibility to mix and match your favourite ingredients!

Ampang Yong Tau Foo Seeing the "Ampang" wrongly drew me away from other more interesting stalls. Although it has ramen, the gravy and items were very average. No more!

Vegetarian You Mian ($6.50) Delicious vegetarian food, think it’s reasonably healthy. Lots of vegetables and mushrooms. The tofu fishcake is awesome! Noodles were al dente and went well with the garlic chili. (Rating:😬)

Vegetarian You Mian Dry Vegetarian You Mian ($6.50): You mian noodles was cooked just right, goes well with the dark sauce and chilli. Soup is light and nice, ingredients (spinach, mushroom and tofu) are fresh.

This Takes The Cake I’ve always liked @swissbakesg for their savoury sustenances, but I’ve never really tried their sweet treats until I was trying to pad out a @grabfoodsg order to meet the minimum delivery. I’m real glad for that, otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten to relish their pleasant Paradiso Di Nocciola signature cake ($6.90).⠀ ⠀ It’s taken a different form from its usual size, and it has been shrunken down to this delightful dome. The glistening glaze is 60% dark chocolate, which envelops the alternating layers of vanilla sponge, chocolate sponge and crunchy wafer. It’s a charmingly chocolatey cake that isn’t saccharine sweet. Instead, the sugar levels are perfectly balanced, as all things should be.⠀ ⠀ The moderate bittersweetness of the dark chocolate exterior helps to average out the sweetness of the moist sponge cake. It’ll definitely go above & beyond in satisfying the chocolate cravings of any chocaholics without sending their glucose levels skyrocketing. At $6.90, this cake is one of the best out there.

Tried the Unicorn Cupcake from @twelvecupcakes because just who can resist pretty things! 🦄 One look & you can tell that I sure couldn’t! 😂 . Featuring moist chocolate cake base 🍫🍫🍫 that carried quite a rich cocoa taste, the cupcake was indeed already an awesome treat on its own. ✌🏻 The paddlepop-coloured cream cheese topping added a savoury element which helped to balance the overall sweetness. 🌈 . ◾Charcoal Rosette Durian Cake [$70] Well, when it was near le birthgiver's birthday, I decided to order an entire durian cake just for her as a indulgent treat! (She loves her durian after all.) I was eyeing a couple durian cakes - including the one from Sinpopo but alas, I was in a rush and needed it the next day, hence I decided to go with @fourseasonsdurians eyecatching Charcoal Rosette Cake with layers of pure D24 durian puree inbetween soft egg sponge and covered in charcoal buttercream. I've not had that many durian cakes in my life, but the one thing that stuck in my mind was how I hoped that any durian cake should be the epitome of durian galore. Four Seasons Durian's Charcoal Rosette Cake was pretty good, though I felt that it only scratched the surface of durian goodness and could definitely use more more more of that durian puree. I did like the amount of charcoal cream to cake ratio; though I must admit that if it was somehow infused with durian essence or flavour, it would put this cake on a whole other level. Not to mention, the blackness of the charcoal cream got everywhere and every thing it touched. Of course, it's still a pretty good durian cake in it's own right and for the price, it's actually one of the more affordable durian cakes out there for it's size!

Spotted new durian dessert at fourseasons durian thought is ice cream kind, end up is actually very heavy paste. Should be very nice to put in pastries. Anyway, end up ate the whole bottle by 2 ppls. Crispy Duck Skin Crispy Duck Skin This was like the snack you didn’t know you needed. Extra crispy, well-seasoned, and super addictive—perfect either as a side or a crispy munch alongside the rice dishes. Best enjoyed hot and dipped in chilli.

Sop Buntut Bebek Goreng Pak Ndut is the place to be at this Ramadan! This spot brings authentic Indonesian-style fried duck to Singapore, and they’ve truly mastered the art. Each duck is marinated for 24 hours in a blend of traditional spices, then fried to crispy perfection with a juicy, tender inside. Apart from Bebek Goreng, their Ayam Penyet, Ayam Bakar, Sop Buntut and Tahu Telur are not to be missed too! I absolutely enjoyed the custom experience from the sambal offerings.
