Salted Caramel Banana A flavour that sounds pretty safe and would not go wrong for a Whoopie Pie. The cream seems to be made of cream cheese, which invokes a slightly sourish flavour to the sweetness of the bananas, while the salted caramel was just nicely salted without having a strong burnt flavour coming along with it. The shells had a consistency in its texture similar to Kueh Bahulu.
