You get to select your Yong Tau Fu ingredients from a range of choices, from tau geh (bean sprouts) to fried luncheon meat. Minimum to choose is 6 pieces. You can also choose between bee hoon and yellow egg noodles (熟面) to go with the ingredients. We paid $12.30 for 3 bowls, with total of 22 ingredients.

Flat White Coffee (Priced at $5), and Truffled Egg Mayo with Lumpfish Roe on Toast (Priced at $8.50). Nice breakfast to fill the tummy after a 10km run.

Selected thick crab broth, with little flavoured oil and soft noodle. In addition, was served with free flow seasoned bean sprout. Priced at SGD15.90 (excluding GST and service charge).

This is a vegetarian version of the kway chap that we always see at hawker centres and coffee shops. The kway is made of organic soya bean! This is priced at $7.60 (before 10% service charge. They do not charge 7% GST)
