First Omakase experience at Tomidou and was blown away by the freshness of ingredients and interplay of flavours, especially the chawanmushi and unagi nigiri! Staff were really attentive to details and friendly in their service too!

First time trying their dumplings and my only regret is not trying them earlier! Tried 5 types of dumplings:
Emperor's Rice Dumpling
Hakka Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables
Pulut Hitam Nonya Rice Dumpling
Hokkien Rice Dumpling with Salted Egg Yolk
Nonya Rice Dumpling
Out of the 5, my favorites and would highly recommend are the Emperor's Rice Dumpling, Pulut Hitam Nonya Rice Dumpling and the Nonya Rice Dumpling. Generous amount of fillings (pork, mushroom, chestnut etc) in the Emperor's Rice Dumpling which made every mouthful very flavorful! Personally having a sweet tooth, both the Pulut Hitam Nonya Rice Dumpling and Nonya Rice Dumpling have the right amount of sweetness!

Tried their Supreme Prawn Noodles and was amazed by how thick, sweet and flavourful their broth is. Pork rib was very tender, their prawn and prawn balls were fresh and the clam was given generously! Would definitely come back to try new dishes to be wowed again! This is a wonderful place to bring your friends who are crazy prawn noodle fans because they guarantee will love it!
