i called to reserve for 2pax,730pm at 6.10pm. we arrived around 720pm. we waited for our seat for like 15mins though there are low tables which are available. they wanted to give us the high seats which we dont prefer. they said the tables are reserved for some people which will come at 8pm. we told the manager they have to prioritize us coz we arrived early and we called in for reservation. then finally, we were then seated and placed our orders. the lady service attendant took our orders, which apparently, she did not inform the kitchen about it. then after another 20 mins waiting, another service attendant came to ask us about the food we are taking.with so much discussion and waiting,we waited for our food to arrive for more than 1hour. The food was ok ok, but I have to give credit to their wagyu beef. it was so soft and fresh. The beef goes very well with smoked salt and lemon. The cabbage salad also was not that bad. The beef tongue was a bit gummy but still ok. But then the foie gras is a total fail. For additional $10sgd you can have foie gras on top of your donburi, however it did not at all meet my expectations. It was obercooked hence its a bit harder than the usual and the after taste is a little like medicine. Im not exaggerating.

overall, the rating for me will 3 for the slowness of service and for the foie gras. but still ok on the cleanliness of the place and the goodness of the beef, as well as the kindness of the staff.

pocket-friendly. awesome food.

I was craving for foie gras the past few days, so I decided to check if there is any place near my neighbourhood where I can satisfy my palate. When I checked #burpple, #Pocoloco immediately popped up. So I searched the menu, see what they are offering and voila! I found my ❤❤❤ foiegras!
And I am surprised that the food is very cheap and comes in generous servings! My friends and I tried rhe crabmeat, aglio olio and Manzo pasta. We had calamari, salad and 2 servings of fegato d'oca as our appetizers. We also tried the steak with foie gras and blue cheese. All for $132 nett. Not bad for a stuffed and happy tummy😀
