Fluffiest Pancake with butterscotch caramelised banana with maple coated crispy cornflakes, topped with vanilla rice cream. Sounds too sweet? but no, it’s perfect balance for the sweet toothsss.

Always always leave a stomach space for this sticky date pudding here. A scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of warm fluffy moist sticky date pudding over a bed of not so sweet toffee sauce. one of the very best sticky date pudding I ever had. so well balanced, so sinful and so satisfying.

Dessert from the weekend brunch menu.

Smooth coconut custardy "tau huay" topped with ice cream, cookie crumbles and tapioca pearls (similar to those in bubble milk tea!). Such an interesting combination.

Legit, this is the name of the dessert. Given that it is named as die die must have, all the more I shouldn't give it a miss right?
Intense milk chocolate mousse cake (texture is similar to Royce Nama Chocolate) accompanied with raspberry sorbet, raspberry sauce, chocolate marshmallows. What surprised me was the presence of "popping" candy 😲.
Affordably priced at $12, this "die die must have chocolate" is a perfect "popping" end to the meal.

there are only 2 types to chose, either the "special tendon" or the "vegetable tendon", both sets come with chawanmushi and miso soup. Priced at $13.90, serving portion is very generous; tempura on rice with 2 ebi prawns, 2 chicken, assorted vegetables and onsen egg underneath and all drizzle with light and sweet sauce.

Given that the place is rather small, u will reek of oil upon stepping out of the restaurant. Prices for drinks such as green tea, oolong tea and coke are steep at $3.80. I would rather spent this money to have a nice cup of coffee around the hood instead.

Restaurant concept and taste is more or less similar to Tempura Kohaku (Suntec). Personally, I prefer Tempura Kohaku more becos the tempura batter are much crispier and so more crunch to each bite.

generous serving portion.
ordered the signature bowl (non-spicy), which comes with pumpkin, mushrooms, long beans, chicken breast, crab stick, squid, baby corn and ebi prawns on top of japanese white rice. super worth it for the price tag and of course the calories involved πŸ˜‚. I can see/understand why it's constantly long queue coz I would definitely queue for it again.

Fruits, Herbs and Sweets infused Ciders and Beer. Depending on your mood, u can either choose the one which is most pleasing to the eyes or most suitable to the taste tubs. Overall, fun experience!

got lucky that day as there isn't a line. brought a box of 6 to try. tried all recommended ways to eat it; warm, room temperature and cold. my fav definitely the warm version. buttery crust with warm gooey cheese, a party in the mouth. priced at $3.50 for one and $19.50 for a box of 6. after trying cheese tarts from local bakery on their failed attempt to replicate BAKE cheese tart, i would pay a slightly higher price for these babies to make those calories count worthy.

Strawberry & Elderflower Sundae with buttermilk waffles (+$5 for the waffles). absolutely pretty and yummy. cold ice cream with warm crispy waffles. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» perfect for warm SG weather β˜€οΈ~

these tiny one (maybe 2) mouthful of baked cheese tarts are the yummiest that I ever tasted. served fresh from the oven at 2 specific timings during the weekend brunch buffet. mousse-like warm cheese filling with crispy cookie based tart. wins "bake" cheese tarts hands down.

charred, shiny and caramelised on the outside, tender and juicy inside. sweet and savoury with the right balance of fat layers melting in your mouth.

Intense craving for ice cream & waffles satisfied.
Ice cream flavour: cheesecake and chocolate truffle
