This hokkien mee stall is located at abc brickwork market and food center the moment i enter i saw a long queue so i guess it must be something good with this stall,
After i try It definitely serve a good plate of good hokkien mee(from$4), for the noodle it have a good bite to it compared to most hokkien mee that always overcook the noodles till soft, and as a for the sauce it elevate the whole dish with very seafoody flavor and lastly wok hei there is definitely wok hei to it which make it a complete a good hokkien mee.

Ji Ji noodle is located at Hong lim food complex and it is easy to find them because they have 2 big and bright stall which is not a norm, and i even just found out that they have a full fledged stall with air-conditioning at Kreta Ayer Road so who prefer better environment can head over there

Anyway I try their signature wanton mee(from $4.50) and it is easily to say they are one of the best wonton mee in term from noodle, sauce and the ingredients.

The noodles are springy perfectly cook and for the sauce is savoury with a hint on the sweet side, for the ingredient they pack it with good amount of charsiu, mushrooms and you even have fried and boil wanton that is pack with meat.

Fong Sheng Hou is well known for their sandwich at Taiwan Shillin Market and now had arrived in Singapore Payar Lebar Quarter

I try the TW special pork patty set with milk tea which cost ($9.60)which is on the high side for a sandwich and a milk tea, anyway I would say the charcoal grill bread have a right thickness, crispy and soft, for the ingredients the patty is kinda thin for the price but would like to say the star would be the egg which soft, moist and fluffy.lastly the milk tea is very smooth to drink.

For the service is amazing because even in their busy period the person that is at the collection counter when and extra mile and check on my number to make sure i get my food because she saw me waiting for sometime.

Afuri they are famous for their yuzu base ramen and it was my favorite tsukeman a dipping ramen in Japan,I was excited that i heard Afuri will be opening in Singapore.

So the review of the yuzu tsukeman($15.90)in sg branch the noodles are thinner compared to the Japan thicker noodle which i prefer because it give a better texture more Q.For the yuzu dipping sauce is good but i feel that the yuzu flavor is slightly to strong which can be boring due to one dimension taste compared to Japan is more well balance .

overall verdict (7/10) There are alot more space for improvement i will go back and try again to check them out.

P.S I was craving so much for Afuri before they open a branch here i manage to find Afuri cup noodles, taste wise just average cup noodles with yuzu zing to it.

Shushiro one of the largest chain sushi restaurant from Japan finally arrived in Singapore at Tiong Bahru Plaza.

This restaurant is very suitable for groups or people who love eating alone because you have a choice of counter or table sit.The price wise is decided in to 3 category red($2.20), gold( $3.20)and black plate ($4.80).

As i can say for the food I ordered crab butter, Fried shrimp avocado roll, ikura, prawn tempura are good and fresh for its value, but i would like to give a shout out for the shrimp with basil cheese as the basil flavor really compliments well with the shrimp, and also the amazing quality of the fatty tuna belly is a steal as it price at only $2.20 for now is on promotion.

There are much more to try but for now my overall verdict is (7/10).
