I've never tried beef carppacio and expected it to kind of smell but this was totally amazing. Guess Halia Villa set a really high benchmark for all the carppacio I'm gonna eat from now. The quail egg was really good, soft yolk and all. The best part was still the truffles.

The most tender beef I have ever tasted. It's cooked to perfection. The potatoes were really good too. Makes me want to go back to Halia Villa for my own wedding

Attended my first wedding at botanical gardens @ Halia Villa. Blown away by its interior and amazing staff. The fish was really fresh and the sauce was just nice - not too sweet not too sour. There were truffles in the mashed potato too. I'm in love!
