Mozzarella Cheese, Blue Cheese, Smoked Cheese and Parmesan Cheese. Eat this while it’s hot, the silky smooth Cheese were divine!

Good old classic pizza with Tomato sauce, Mozzarella Cheese and Basil Leaves. Love the dough, but lack of flavour from the tomatoes sauce.

Italian Risotto with Mix Mushroom and Truffle Oil.

Grilled 200 days grain-fed Angus Rib Eye served with roasted potatoes, sweet and sour onion. Damn good rib cooked to medium rare perfection!

Homemade pappardelle cooked to perfection, al dente and chewy served with slow cooked Chianti Bolognese sauce. Love handmade pasta!

The restaurant felt like a complete escape from the hustle of the city centre. Love the classic, wooden, and rustic ambience of the restaurant’s interior. Atmosphere aside, what really impressed me the most was their commitment to good, old-fashioned Italian cuisine. It’s so sad to hear that they are moving from the 19 May 2019 to new address: One North 1 Fusionpolis Way, Connexis #01-08. Thankfully I got a chance to indulge good old italiano food before they move.

Endive topped with Kyoho Grape and Tete De Moine. First time trying tete de moine and I’m loving it, this is a great salad dish. Love the refreshing crunch of the endive and savory tete de moine cheese. Recommended to order!

Beef Tartare served with fermented mushroom and preserved tomatoes topped with toasted quinoa was simply the best starter. A good pairing with the sourdough as well.

House-baked sourdough ($6++/basket) was simply amazing that we ordered second basket. It was served warm and eaten warm, the crust is crackly, the crumb soft, chewy and kissed with an alluring tang. Excellent slathered with burrata & gremolata ($18++) and paired with house cured charcuterie ($16++). .
