Famous French Toast 10.8++ Buttery and quite crispy French toast. Cream really brings out the taste of the French toast and the maple syrup lends some much needed sweetness. My friend's eyes widened with his first bite and I guess that's how I looked the first time I had this haha. Though everyone says that ice cream would probably be better

Pan-Seared Salmon Fillet (SGD $19.90) @ The Bravery Cafe. With its perfectly executed fresh salmon fish fillet. . The salmon skin is beautifully crisp, crunching lightly with salty savoury flavour, while the fish itself is juicy tender flaky in texture, with delicate savoury sweet flavour. . The rich creamy lemon butter gravy lends a nice contrast of tangy sour milky notes, while the mesclun salad (baby spinach, mizuna, sorrel, red radish, curly endive / fris茅e) lends a soft crunch with decent vegetal earthy bitter herbal flavour. . However, the supposedly roasted herbed tomato tasted like a regular tomato, and I felt it could have been grilled slightly longer for more smoky sweet flavour. But the roasted baby potatoes were nicely starchy earthy sweet with a tender touch. . . . The Bravery Cafe More details in profile & blog

Bagel Set With Avocado (SGD $17) @ The Bravery Cafe. Has beautiful creamy soft scrambled eggs with delicate eggy sweet salty flavour, and the chewy soft raisin bagel with fruity bready sweet flavour. . The fresh mesclun salad (chard, mizuna, baby spinach) dressed in tangy balsamic vinaigrette has decent vegetal sweet sour bitter flavour, while the rosettes of average smoked salmon fish was tender soft with a light salty savoury sweet flavour. . The creamy soft halved avocado is paired with a sprinkle of lemon juice, and as expected, this is properly vegetal earthy nutty in taste. However, the soft cream cheese seemed an afterthought here. . . . The Bravery Cafe More details in profile & blog

Chef鈥檚 Pide ($13.90++) Definitely a nice interesting take on your normal everyday pizza! Turkish-style boat-shaped pizza topped with chicken, lamb, vegetables and cheese 馃い馃い Dough was nicely done at the edges and went really well with the generous portions of minced chicken and lamb, and coated completely with good cheese!! 馃挄馃挄 Well worth with eatigo鈥檚 50% off and good for sharing! Lovely place to just chill for lunch or dinner to try a new cuisine like this!

Ottoman Shish Platter ($32++ for two, $49++ for four) Really good dish for sharing! The platter came with a combination of chicken, beef, lamb, meatballs, fish and prawns with grilled peppers, salad, 2 pides and 2 pilav. Portion of meat was pretty generous and not too dry thankfully. We liked their beef the best, and the lamb and chicken was not too bad as well. The fish was tender and prawns were a little small but nicely grilled. Pides were very nice and interesting, and everything went well with the amazing sauces (mushroom and tomato?). Though the pilav was just flavourless rice and was sorely disappointing, the overall dish was pretty good and came with a refreshing salad. Definitely well worth with eatigo鈥檚 50% for a chill dinner after school! 馃憤馃徎馃憤馃徎

Falafel Platter ($10.50++) This was easily our favourite dish of the lot! Falafel patties were so dense and flavourful on the inside, and crispy and flaky on the outside! 馃い馃い The deep fried falafel wasn鈥檛 too oily, and each of them was huge and very substantial! We also loved the hummus base that it came on top of, but wish that they could have been more generous with their hummus 馃槩馃槩 Side salad was refreshing but their tomato sauce deserves a mention! Really worth it with eatigo鈥檚 50% off at a normal dinner time (1830)! 馃憤馃徎馃憤馃徎
