Build Your Own Bowl Small size is available for 1-for-1 with Beyond so we got em! Baked Crusted Dory was great!!! Base was Aglio Olio Fusilli and it was sooo garlicky good! Spicy Cauliflower was the HIGHLIGHT and I'll definitely get that again! Shiitake mushrooms were great too (additional 50¢). Also got the Broccoli puree (additional 50¢) that has really good reviews but I think I was fine without it. Topped with garlic aioli and kale chips. Surprisingly very filling, probably because of the pasta. Total: $10.90 but very worth it if it's 1-for-1!

Build Your Own Salad [$8.90] Had this more than a month ago when they were still relatively new. Ordered the quinoa base, Teriyaki Chicken as protein, mushrooms, broccoli and broccoli paste, which sounds unusual but it's really good! The chicken was nicely marinated too. Plus made even better on Burpple Beyond 1-for-1! Portion may not be substantial for the hungry ones.

Medium Bowl This 2-month old joint is hidden away at the 2nd floor of Frasers Tower. Its really affordable too, at $10.90 for 1 base, 1 protein, 5 sides, 1 sauce and 1 topping. (I didn't take the sauce cause the sides were flavorful enough already) I also got some cold brewed genmaicha tea at $1.50 :) I had romaine lettuce for base, tender chicken breast for the protein (although they ran out and I got a little bit of honey soy chicken too) and for the sides I had YoBo's kimchi, broccoli puree, roasted brinjal, shitake mushrooms and cauliflower rice. The topping was sliced honey almonds! Everything is done with so much care and attention. The kimchi is housemade every week (so it won't be too sour). I loved the broccoli puree most of all. So creamy and rich with an almost soup-like texture! All the other sides were very well executed. The tender chicken breast was poached with a slight hint of lemon and the honey soy chicken was juicy and flavorful. Props to great service and a convenient online website and macro calculator! Definitely will be back!! 👍 9/10

Nice Prawn Noodles The prawn soup is legit! Not like super thick but you can smell the prawn smell from the next seat when the noodles came. The har cheong gai is tasty but it would be better if its crispy. The claypot rice crisp up nicely with the heated claypot. Overall will come back if there is short queue and I'm around the area but will not come back just for it.

$10 Prawn Noodles Comes with deshelled prawns + yellow noodles, thin bee hoon or mixed. Downer for me because don't have the thick bee hoon that I favour. Soup was really sweet-tasty, may not be everyone's cup of tea (or broth). Comes with a side of har cheong (prawn paste) pork ribs. At this price, as I was eating I had a conversation with my wife, is it value for money??? Conclusion was, yes if you compare with ramen. Why ramen can charge $15+++ for no liao??? BUT less value for money when you compare to hawker prawn mee la...the har cheong pork rib can't cost $7 more right? So the premium comes from Chef Kang's Michelin brand. Another Downer - only cash accepted. For a small restaurant eatery set up, I expect more convenience.

King Prawn Noodle Soup With Prawn Paste Spare Ribs ($10) Queued about 15 mins for this, and the broth was so worth it! Sweet and flavourful, very comforting to have on a rainy day. The noodles also weren’t too soft, boiled to perfection. The king prawn, however, wasn’t impressive (not super fresh or juicy) and the spare rib was served cold and I couldn’t taste the prawn paste in it. Wouldn’t specially queue again for this bowl of noodles, not the best priced despite its Michelin status!

Premium Wanton Mee #BurppleBeyond 1-1 Pork Belly Twosome Noodle $10 A cozy little joint with limited seating, went on a saturday afternoon and most tables were occupied. The Twosome Noodle are premium version of wanton mee where you got pork belly char siu and roasted crispy pork belly instead of the normal char siu pieces. Really like the texture and the tangy-ness of the noodles, the scallions added on to the fragrant. I would say there weren't any surprises with the pork belly char siu and roasted crispy pork belly, they are well done and exactly how I expected them to taste like. Soup was free flow on a thermal flask on the table. Staffs were friendly, but probably wont come back as the food is pricey without Beyond deals.
