Risotto is a North Italian rice dish cooked in a broth to a creamy consistency. Wine, herbs and butter are the usual ingredients and this is one of the most common ways Italians eat their rice. Had a tasty one at Bridge cafe yday cooked in mushroom broth. It's great learning more about my food from friends as I shoot πβπΌ
