Missed Taiwanese food so much, so decided to go try True Breakfast.
It is a good place to get your hand on some Taiwanese fare especially since it is not easily available.
The food here is more on the simpler side, light and without much fanfare. Just serving their best to give us a taste of simple Taiwanese breakfast food.
When the soup is delivered, the smell of the truffle can be detected right away. But taste wise cannot taste the truffle.
Sweet and crispy, just the way they are comforting.
Love the potatoes cutlets!!
The steak quality is good too.. Although most of the time they do have a queue.
The portion is bigger than normal.
Had the dried tendon noodles with thick bee hoon @ $11.50.

The fish is battered, not breaded, which I like.
It looks very simple but the taste is good. The fish have no funky smell or taste at all. The batter is crispy and the fish is super tender.
Had the 1 for 1 deal! Interesting ice cream and it really satisfies the craving.
Tried the alternative experience tasting menu. Quite enjoyed the different portion we got to try with the menu. But my favorite is the tri tip.
