went for the 3-course lunch set (ori. $49++) at mezza9 as part of the klook staycation at grand hyatt! winners were the crab cake for the appetiser, the seasonal fish of the day (salmon) for mains and the desserts! we had the coup of the day (vanilla softserve and chocolate fondant) and was given a complimentary cake for celebrating our anniversary. overall it was a good experience, service was great and weβll come back again for lunch set again for sure.

Brown Butter Sage and Ispahan gelatos ($4.90 per scoop, +$1 for premium flavours, +$1 for waffle cone) are a must-have here! Please top up for the cone, which canβt be missed π Super savory and pairs well with the gelato.

Heard good things about Eleven Strands and decided to check it out! Perhaps we arrived at a later timing but the food wasnβt completely hot, though they did arrive fairly quickly. The fries ($15) and short ribs pasta ($25 +$3 for homemade tagliatelle) werenβt super flavourful nor spectacular unfortunately (maybe because we arrived later at night?), so weβll give them a miss the next time we come. The braised beef cheeks dish ($25), with mashed potatoes and a variety of mushrooms, was good though!
Decent value with Burpple Beyond for mains here. Will look forward to trying other dishes like the pesto pasta and the chicken next time!
