not sure why i replaced avocado with chickpeas, but i fell in love with this salad bowl! 🥗 though i'm not one who ever craves for a salad #carblover, this salad has since left me dreaming of it HAHA

i got a medium sized acai bowl with sweetened yogurt, topped with fresh fruits, granola and drizzled honey 🍯! who knew that two of my absolute favourite desserts could go so well together? definitely will be back to try the nut bowl in the future ☝🏻
look at these beauties!! 😍 tucked away in London's Chinatown, Bubblewrap sells delicious (& gorgeous) Taiwan egglet cones, topped with HUGE gelato scoops, toppings and sauces! endless combinations were possible, but my parents and i got 2 of their signature combinations - Oreo Up (with added banana🍌) and Matcha Love (with added strawberries🍓) these were irresistible to bite into but man oh man... once we did it was delightful! the gelato was rich, toppings were crunchy, and the sauces were sweet and complimented every element well! i do recommend coming to Chinatown JUST for these egglet cones, so if you happen find yourself in London, you now have something new on your agenda 😋👌🏼
first time at covent garden trying the widely loved Shake Shack burgers! both burgers were very tasty and you could tell that the meats were of🔝 quality. if any of you find yourself in London, do give this burger chain a shot. they're also well known for their shakes and fries, DELICIOUSNESS. 🍔🍟
guess what!!! as i was venturing into the Cheltenham Food and Drinks Festival, my eyes suddenly caught a huge sign with a familiar shade of purple... i instantly recognised that it was an acai booth. how cool?! nestled amongst many booths selling pastries, jams and pulled pork burgers, this humble acai & co. booth was run by a young couple, and their baby girl was also enjoying this treat (with purple stains smothered all across her face whoops!) i got mine with granola and cacao nibs. to be really honest, the acai here tastes lighter and fresher than the ones they have in singapore. i enjoyed this bowl thoroughly! (just as i have enjoyed all acai bowls) 😋
after many months of reading reviews on this poke bowl stop, my friend and i decided to try their famous smoothie bowls! we ordered the cacaoholic ($6) and blackberry binge ($6), and safe to say, these were truly value-for-money. they were fruity and crunchy, and big enough to fill our bellies! will definitely be back to try their signature poke bowls 👋🏼🥙
mom craved waffles & ice cream late at night, so i had to seize the opportunity to bring my family to try the much-raved... creamier at toa payoh! located conveniently on the ground floor of a hdb block, i was captivated by the sketches of toa payoh which hung on the walls of the shop. we ordered the waffles with 1 scoop of earl grey, 1 scoop of plain ole chocolate ice cream. the scoops were definitely creamy (just as the name promised), rich in flavour and had just the right amount of sweetness. looks like we've found another family dessert place to hit up after a hearty meal! 🍨😚
for $5 and $4 respectively, these toasts were everything i had wished for to satisfy my late morning hunger pangs!!! the toasts itself were nice and crispy, but with the addition of the sweet / savoury goodness on top, these became amazing. i'll definitely be back for more! 😋💓

drove past this hidden gem just last week, and told myself that i HAD to give it a try. so i did! my pal and i loved the atmosphere of the little shop - it was almost as if we were in Japan! we ordered the chili chicken bento for $11.95, the matcha tea ninja muffin for $3.95 and an iced chocolate drink. the bowl was extremely flavorful and filling, and the protein matcha muffin was surprisingly tasty - it even had red beans in it! i am definitely coming back to try another bento 💪🏻 (the shop even provides you with the macro counts of each dish, so plus points for that!) 🥙💓
