Here at Kindred Folk, they serve the Tomayto-Tomato which is Fettuccine tossed in homemade crushed tomato sauce with sauteed onions, topped with chorizo or smokey beef sausage. So simple yet so satisfying!

Cheong Fun ๆ˜Ž่ฎฐ็Œช่…ธ็ฒ‰
Here in Malaysia, they sell chee cheong fun with curry. The rice sheets were cut into long strips like kway teow and served to us already well-mixed with the curry gravy. Totally Mind blown about this local dish can go so well with curry. โ˜บ๏ธ

Googled where to eat near Bartley and this came up! It was quite a controversy as to who was the first Katong Laksa.. as it turns out Janggut Laksa is the first. Drama aside. I quite enjoyed this bowl of Crayfish Laksa, although not cheap at $9.50 but the fresh crayfish was worth the buck! The crayfish meat can be easily peeled from the shell, attest to the fact that it is fresh. What makes a good bowl of laksa is the gravy. The gravy here is creamy and not that spicy which suits my palate really well. Can taste the umami from the prawns in it as well! Will be back!

Halla Mountain is the bulk of the land that forms Jeju, the birthplace of Osulloc. It makes sense to commemorate such an occasion with this special Halla Mountain cake with green tea. Let's start from the base with Chocolate ganache, followed by matcha sponge and matcha mousse and then layered with cream cheese mousse. As if I didn't have enough matcha, I ordered a Latte made with OSULLOC's premium green tea and milk. So Milky though. It was a window seat so I had the chance to see these maple trees in their green glory before they turn red for autumn.

Aesthetic interior, natural lighting, and yummy food. The glass window allows you to have a great view of the Han river, but unfortunately, it was super foggy that day.
Ordered a Carbonara (20000 krw) and Rooibos Colada Tea (7000 krw). The Carbonara was tossed in cream sauce that consists of Button Mushroom,Bacon and Asparagus, while being blanketed by lots of Wild Argula with a Sous vide egg center. The creamy pasta is not overwhelming which makes for a hearty breakfast.

Here's my order of Barbeque Pork loin ribs with drizzled in their house special sauce with garlic butter herb rice and salad. Feels like there isn't much meat but the sauce is... ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Reminds me of a Japanese mobile food stands. Wafu offers an authentic selection of palatable Japanese ramen/udon and rice sets which is not only yummy but wallet-friendly too. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
We had the Abura Udon ($6.90) which is dried udon with soy sauce, Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen ($8.20), Curry Omelette Chicken Katsu rice ($8.90) and Salmon fish & Teriyaki Chicken Bento ($7.90). โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
My FAV ๐Ÿœ has to be the Spicy Tonkotsun Ramen which has its ingredients such as the broth and noodles imported from Japan to ensure the best given to customers. The creamy broth is light yet has a well-balanced spicy taste.

Thanks to @wafu_japanese_cuisine for the invite and hosting us.
