I recently visited and tried the Trio Specialty Beef Noodles. The noodles were well cooked and the beef was tender and flavourful. The soup was also rich, with a complex blend of spices. The Honey Yuzu Green Tea was refreshing and tart, with a hint of sweetness. The ambience of Niu Dian was warm and inviting, with a homely atmosphere. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.
Visited the Drunken Poet for dinner over the weekend and had an excellent meal & experience there. The atmosphere was cosy and service was quick and welcoming, with the staff ensuring that we were comfortable and ensuring our needs were met. We enjoyed the Beef & Onion Pie and the Ribs, both of which tasted delicious. the highlight was the pie, with its crisp crust enveloping the tender beef brisket, was flavourful and satisfying. Paired with a glass of Guinness, a worthy meal to end the weekend on.
Visited Shukuu Izakaya for dinner with my girlfriend and we had an enjoyable meal. Highlights of our meal were the Maguro Yukke, Torikawa Oroshi Ponzu and Rosti Mentai, and all the food was delicious and fresh. The decorations and seating added to the Izakaya ambience, which definitely contributed to our experience. Would visit again!
A memorable dining experience that began with the grilled ox tongue, spicy crispy pig's ears and grilled octopus. The highlight of the meal was the beef rib, cooked medium rare, accompanied by creamed kale and tomatoes. We finished the meal with their valrhona chocolate bruciato and tiramisu. The food was presented excellently and tasted amazing. Coupled with the attentive and welcoming staff, it is definitely worth another visit.
