Pork Katsu Rice Nothing to rave about. Oil used was definitely old & re-used, they should have used a newer batch of oil to fry this. It's pretty obvious from the darker tones of the crispy batter. The pork meat was also kinda dry, which I believe was due to the meat being overcooked or no longer fresh? Generally a lot of room for improvement. Rating: 2 / 5
