So named as it is situated between North and South Bridge road. Probably the first cafe I've visited that records your name together with your order in the iPad so that the right dish is served to the right person, and bills can be settled individually. We received email reminders about the reservation and directions to the cafe prior to the visit, which was a welcomed geature.
