With Burpple 1-4-1, the price was affordable at around $12.
Yuzu Chiffon Cake: Little too sour for our liking. Cake texture was soft and good
Matcha puff: really like the Matcha puff. Good mixture of bitterness and sweetness. Cream was cold enough
Timeless Earl Grey Latte: Strong tea taste with a tinge of earl grey
Royal Tea Latte: Taste of Sri Lanka taste was subtle. Recommended for hose who do not prefer a strong tea taste
Pleasant ambience with good decor. Tea available for sampling and purchase. Would visit again!
With Burpple 1-4-1, the price was very affordable at $ 6.90. The Teriyaki Beef was chewy and hard to bite, containing bits of cartilage, would not recommend it. Smoked Chicken was tasty. Overall, the bread was warm, lightly toasted and soft, with generous serving.
Verdict: 3/ 5
With Burpple Beyond, we tried their Seafood Claypot and Green Curry Chicken. The Seafood Claypot was generous with fish, prawns, mushroom, mussels and squid, accompanied by tasty broth. Green Curry comes on a hot stove, keeping the curry and chicken hot and more appetising. Spiciness level at less spicy was just nice for us.
Verdict: 3.5/ 5
With Burpple Beyond, we tried Earl Grey Lavender and Butterscotch Almond Waffle Set at a reason price of $ 12. The Earl Grey Lavender was a tad too sweet but the Butterscotch Almond was really good leaving a unique aftertaste. Would recommend the Butterscotch Almond!
Verdict: 3.5/ 5
We tried Curry Chicken and Fish and Chips. Overall, the food concept is healthy (chips replaced by veggie dip). Curry was savoury with a burst of flavour. Steamed fish is good comfort food. Chilli is quite decent with a tinge of sourness. Recommended place if you are looking for a healthy choice!
Verdict: 3.5/ 5
