In clockwise: Butter Chicken ($24), Smoked Salmon with Caper and Lemon dressing ($15), Homemade Tofu with Thai Chili Sauce ($9), Thai Vegetable Green Curry ($16) and a little cocktail that was served midway. The dining experience was pretty memorable - it definitely chased our troubles away for the time being and brought us away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Dessert Platter of 4 selections - Lemongrass Pannacotta with mixed fruit compote, Pandan Cream Brûlée with mixed berries, Sticky Rice with mango and coconut ice cream, and Deep Fried Banana Spring Roll with vanilla ice cream. Amazing place with a cosy ambience, where we choose the private seating and literally experienced the 'feeling of Bali'.
Entered the bakery/café already knowing there won't be any disappointment, and true enough. The array of cupcakes and cakes were simply too tempting! This tea cake was perfect - overall wasn't too sweet, slight sourness from the lime, and sugar frosting was the right amount.
Pretty stoked when this was served - waffle, ice cream, macaron and fruits all on the same plate! Despite the overwhelming choices, neither of them stood out.
Truffle makes (almost) everything better - who would deny it! Would be great if more mushrooms were served. Worth a try still!
