Pasta with baby clams doused in white wine sauce and grey mullet bottarga. A little too salty for my liking, but overall quite quite tasty!

Pasta served with hokkaido scallops in basil ‘pesto’ and salmon caviar. The scallops were pan seared to perfection and the saltiness of the salmon caviar neutralises the mix of sourness and bitterness from the 'pesto' sauce.

Crispy battered calamari, baby cuttlefishes and prawns served with their house-made arrabbiata sauce. Top off with freshly squeezed lemon juice to take your palate on a gastronomical adventure!

Need I say more? Chocolate flavoured soft served with a generous layer of crumbs of a Nutella brownie cheesecake. The cheese flavour wasn’t too overpowering, and the slight hint of saltiness complements the sweetness of the chocolate flavoured soft serve perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!

Very tasty chocolate flavoured soft serve paired with marshmallows that were torched to perfection. Topped with sprinkles of chocolate powder and cookie crumbles. Perfect dessert to end your dinner with!

The Mad Sailor’s barramundi was deep fried to perfection—the batter was crispy and not too thick, while the barramundi was buttery and fresh. A definite “must try”!
