Another microwave-and-ooze matcha bread and this time it's pure matcha lava without chocolate etc. This is one GAO filling that is umami packed and you can really taste that it's made of premium matcha powder 🥺💗 slightly on the pricier side compared to DONQ but if you want just matcha without chocolate then you can give this a try! :")

Rly thick, chewy and made with natural ingredients (no colouring, flavouring etc). This is their tuna waffle and srsly i never ever thought i could eat tuna with waffle since i am mainly plain or peanut waffle person 😳

Truly the best I had!!! Now i just wanna go around to try all HCB just to prove that this is indeed the best 🥲🥲🥲 It has a light texture, plain YET rich in flavour just from the bread ingredients (eggs, milk, spices etc). The dried fruits were quite evenly spreaded within the bun so every bite has a fragrant and sweet taste.
