I used to live in Manhattan and would visit Luke's Lobster for my weekly lobster fix. since I moved to singapore I've been craving lobster rolls east coast style. I've tried some other rolls and they weren't up to standard (frozen or overcooked 😞 ). I was told to go check out Lobsters & Ice Cream; and their maine lobster roll did not disappoint! it was nicely buttered and toasted, and the freshly cooked lobster tasted like itd been out of the sea for a few hours at most! The spice seasoning accompanied the fresh seafood really well.

The half mentaiko lobster roll is a steal at$14..think perfect size and quantity for a mid afternoon snack! The lobster meat was very fresh and juicy, and the seared mentaiko blended in seamlessly with the tobiko and lobster meat
$18 chilli crab roll was awesome! They make their sauce from scratch with a whole variety of ingredients that make it full of umami (without msg) and simultaneously sweet and spicy.
The sauce came atop a bountiful serving of chunky crab meat that was juicy and lightly sautéed in butter.

The chilli crab sauce subtly supports the delicious lobster meat while the lightly buttered bread melts in your mouth.
Lobsters & Ice Cream took quintessential American fare and made it local. Definitely coming back for more
My friend got the chilli crab roll which was equally delicious (I only had a bite :( ) and the home made chilli crab sauce was as good as jumbo’s! At 20% the price of jumbo with crab meat nicely extracted out, its perfect for those who don’t want to work to get their chilli crab meat.
Fuss and frills free good quality freshly prepared live lobster roll!!! Topped with mentaiko and tobiko bits.
We literally smelled this seafood shack as the scent of butter fried lobster drew us in..
