Cereal Crusted Cod Fish (SGD 28++) - A delusional image of a cereal fish instead of our usual cereal prawn. Well executed with the ginger shoyu broth with added zhup.

Finally, no need to travel to Serangoon Gardens just to get my Bingsu fix because it's right opposite Bugis Junction at the defunct Ritz Apple Strudel site. 3 storeys high, convenient and you get to see SNOW in house (for those who haven't seen snow in their lifetime, it's your chance)
Choco Banana Bingsu (SGD 13.90) - So Flaky, so fine that I can imagine myself gulping down these snow, I mean shaved snow. Standard remains all time high (that's why I loved it) and its my 8th time at all their outlets!

Known for their tonkatsu, Tonkichi also offered sashimi, sushi, tempura, ramen which boasts a wide variety of selection here.
Bara Chirashi Set (SGD 25++) - Served with udon and chawanmushi in this set, various sashimi toppings were found nicely diced and toppled onto the rice. We loved the assortment of sashimi on it, just a bit too much rice.

Smokey Beef Bacon Burger (SGD 14.80) - 175g worth of beef patty that was so tender and moist with smokey BBQ sauce and melted cheese drizzled on it. The toasted buttery sesame buns were firm and crispy and one of the better Halal cafes we had been to so far. The weakest link was the beef bacon which was different from our usual crispy bacon.
