Roast Carrots With ricotta and apricot. Very good in its simplicity, but slightly overrated, since it's just carrots. Much of the magic was in all the ingredients that made up the dish.

Iberico Pork Loin With cabbage and apple puree. I felt this was a microcosm of Maggie Joan's. The centerpiece here is the pork, but better was the cabbage, which was charred, tasty and just not how you know veg. Yes the pork was interesting, with a very dense texture and a clean taste, but it's not showstopping.

Spiced Lamb Loin With asparagus, peas and some purees. Lamb was well spiced and crusty, but texture and taste were average, unlike good lamb.
