The Wanton Char Siew Noodle ($4.50) had springy noodles, which was easy to chew, and yet springy at the same time. The Char Siew meat was roasted to perfection, and with the sweet sauce over it, it compliments the whole dish. The Soya Chicken Rice ($4.00) had soft and succulent chicken meat, and again with the sweet sauce, it makes the whole dish really delicious. When you mix the sauce, meat and rice together and dip in with garlic chilli sauce, itβs simply too good to resist! Last dish is the mix of both char siew & roasted pork with rice ($5.50). The roasted pork meat was juicy and with the char siew, this is a roast pork meat paradise. Yummy! π

I must say that this innovative ramen bowl is the most satisfying (superb!!) ramen meal i've ever had so far π€€ This amazing ramen bowl consist of tonkotsu broth that has been infused with sakura ebi paste and simmered for 12-hours, braised loin rib, chewy ramen, vegetable and lastly topped with 2 pieces of crispy ebi fry. Love how the mild spiciness of the broth balance the flavour of this dish as a whole. ππ SLURP! Craving for more of Chef Tan-San's creation on this rainy day π
