Chicken rice risotto was interesting, tasted a little like the chicken rice porridge you can buy from chicken rice shops. $20 nett for a main and a drink (many to choose from!) which is very decent for cafe dining!

Do not order the chicken feet!! The pan fried chee cheong fun, steamed carrot cake and liu sha bao were good. Everything else was average.

The dry-style carbonara was dry in a way that is similar to aglio olio. There were bits of egg in the pasta, which i think was probably due to the egg/cream/milk sauce mixture that got scrambled.

The bara kaisen set is definitely not overrated!

Good sized portion and reasonably priced. Soups are not bad too! I liked that the iced tea is unsweetened and you can add sugar syrup to your liking.

Tasted relatively healthy and not expensive too! The gochujang is self service so you can spam as much as you like.

My favourites are the pig skin and large intestines. One person's serving is about $5 which is very affordable.

The milkshake itself tasted like chocolate milk, which was rather disappointing. Would i order this again? No.

I used to go to the Lai Huat near my grandma's house when it was a coffeeshop years ago. Now, in an air-conditioned restaurant, the food was just pricey and rather mediocre (esp the sambal pomfret). The fried rice was good though.

I've eaten here several times and the food has generally been good! The only downside is the waiting time.

They were not kidding when they said the waffles were chewy. Imo they aren't worth ordering! The hotteok waffle was ok (would be better with a stronger hotteok taste) but the injeolmi waffle was quite tasteless.

I've always preferred the wings to the drumsticks because the drumsticks are too fleshy for my liking and i only eat 4fingers for the crispy skin!
