No idea what is it called. a dish with many ingredients in a tasty broth served piping hot (super shiok in cold weather!)
Dinner was a treat from Taiwanese friend (they're such good hosts too!) first dish of the night was this beautifully plated fresh sashimi. Due to the location of Yilan, our dishes for the night were literally 山珍海味!!!!
