Wow. Wow. Wow. I am greatly impressed by this Ramen. Love the addition of yuzu which makes it so refreshing and this version is the spicy one. Noodles is generous and the soup (tenrei) rest so nicely on the palette. Love this Ramen. Highly recommended.
Unlike the typical rich tonkotsu cousin, Afuri's version of the yuzu shio ramen is light and easy. The yuzu brings to the table a citrus sweetness aftertaste. Fine and classy.
