The other ingredients don't have much surprises, maybe except the chewy Kueh like white strips and the mini dumpling. What's unique is their egg noodles, which sounds crazy but makes sense if you think about eggy desserts like egg custard. May be a little weird at first but it does work very well and is quite familiar
