Stockholm outlet, at Östermalmstorg
The famous Burger & Lobster has an outlet opened here in Stockholm. Barely 3 months old, this meat and seafood joint is fully seated by 6pm. The lobster roll was enormous and was filled to the point that the lobster chunks would drop onto my plate with each bite. The lobster pieces were deliciously seasoned with chives and light mayonnaise. There is something about garlic butter and seafood that goes so well together and this lovely marriage of flavours was showcased in this meal - the creaminess of the greasy sauce meeting the firm-yet-springy texture of the fresh lobster, the tanginess of the sauce meeting the weighty flavour of the lobster. A sublime combination of flavours, but unfortunately it is too expensive for anything frequent, and by that I mean not more than once >< but for seafood, you're always gonna be paying a premium, so I guess it's relatively worth it.
