I know the colour can be quite off-putting and may seem undercooked, but you just need to get past that and be greatly rewarded with a superbly cooked liver. 👅💦💦 Mildly seasoned, creamy like cray and not to forget, unbelievably generous (especially when compared to the other yakitori). Just look at how many blocks they managed to skewer on! Definitely value for money. 👍🏼👍🏼
