The Christmas Menu at @theskewerbar is well thought out and delightful with tantalising flavours to complement the festive mood!

Especially this Grilled Hokkaido Scallops ($15) which is procured fresh and just semi-well done so one can savour the sweetness of the shellfish. Grilled to perfection with the simple flavours of kombu and mushroom (and i suspect a dash of sake as well), it is a seafood goodness not to be missed!
