Recently, a South Korean food program featured Singapore and the popular seasoned boy group Shinhwa visited this little red dot and had a taste of our local delicacy - bak kut teh from Legendary BKT at South Bridge Road. Legendary's rendition is less peppery but more robust in herbal flavours. The salted preserved vegetables was unexpectedly tasty. Unlike the ones many bkt stores serve, this from Legendary was significantly less salty yet more fragrant after stir frying with garlic. Thumbs up! 👍

The lady boss was super friendly and acceded to our request for a leaner pig's trotter. The meat was wobbly soft and it fell right off the bone easily. 😋
