The #centuryeggcongee is very velvety smooth but light in flavour. We loved the steamed bean curd and har gou that was well-cooked and flavorful. The #hargou had the perfect balance of juicy sweet prawn with smooth dumpling skin. All these also paired perfectly well with the chill that isn’t spicey and brings out extra flavour. For dessert, the #bakedredbeanpastry is a great way to end the meal. Packed with red bean and a nice crumbly pastry, it wasn’t overly sweet or rich
