Stir-fry clams with garlic & butter, the combination that never goes wrong.

Ong's maki was my second favourite besides the savoury sashimi yusheng😋 It comprises of 4-5 types of seasonal premium fishes.

Stir-fried clams in Garlic & Butter and it's very appetising!
