Here's a new recipe with bitter gourds! Here're two cups of spinach, two bananas, half cup of mangoes, one zucchini and two mini bitter gourds to be blended with almond milk, a dollop of fat-free yoghurt, a teaspoon of maca powder, a tablespoon of spirulina powder and topped with a teaspoon of chia seeds! Didn't expect bitter gourds to add such interesting flavor notes to the taste! Definitely going to make this again with the health-benefits-loaded bitter gourds!
