This was quite unique. They served it to you with the crispy rice and crab on the top, and pour the chicken broth on the spot for the crispiness to be retained as much as possible. The chicken broth tasted like it was cooked for a few hours, as you can taste there are many ingredients added to it. I absolutely love crispy rice with broth as it’s not common to have a crunchy texture while drinking broth. It also looks really aesthetically pleasing with the crab-shaped salt decoration on the plate. However, this dish was a little salty, even before adding in the crab-shaped Himalayan salt. The crab was soft and tender, but there wasn’t much taste to it.
