Salmon was done slightly rare the way I like it. I love the laksa sauce but the dried taupok puffs were hard and dry, not sure it was a great sidekick. The laksa sauce given wasn’t enough and they wanted to charge for more, might be good to be more generous with sauce to go with the whole fish fillet.
