The duck meat noodle is topped with a decent amount of thinly sliced tender duck meat sans the gamey taste in a clean and light broth with mild herbal taste. I reckon I made the wrong choice to go with the soup version while most of those in front of me went with the dry version. This was something too light and healthy for my palate 》$4
