Actually it doesn’t matter which is which because they all taste the same. πŸ˜‚ The noodles is pretty good, chewy and springy and the sauce is also good. Flavorful and enough crunch from the shallots. But it is hard to comment on each flavour because it is barely distinguishable. Miso mushroom has a sprinkle of mushrooms that was marinated in miso while Sichuan has that slight mala that you have to imagine. Maybe for noodles they should just combine all and just make one flavour πŸ˜… Beyond 1 for 1 made it a pretty good deal though!
